Volunteer Spotlight: Dimple Patel, on Advice for Young People

Nov. 5, 2019- Dimple Patel, of the AFSP Illinois Chapter, shares advice that she’d offer to young people when speaking about mental health, including knowing where to get resources. She also shares from her own journey of opening up to friends, and finding support and understanding in return.
